The sun shines bright...
The sun shines bright, a blaze of golden light, While moon, so gentle, casts her silver gleam. As sun's warmth kisses skin, we take delight But moon's soft glow does make a peaceful dream. In skies above, radiant beams unite. For day and night, they dance in unison Each with its beauty ever shown in flight, The silver moon around the golden sun. Dark clouds are silvered by the sun's embrace. Sometimes rains fall to cool the sun's fire . And moon declines to show her lovely face. Her reluctance increasing her desire. The sun will rule the day, I must confide. But the moon is the mistriss of the tide.
