The Sun and Moon
I am the sun, you are the moon We're always paired together Like some twisted tune People look up at you With peace and serenity People squint at me They think I'm your enemy People love to see you Basking in the night People don't look at me Though, I'm the only thing in sight People love to see you Playing with the stars They won't even spare me a glance Like I'm an annoying scar And even though we're opposites We can still have fun Because after all, Every moon has it's sun.
