The Struggle of being...
They say it doesn't hurt that much, Then they've never been as low as me. Shadow boxing with my conscience, Slapping down my demons, just to be free. Sometimes I listen to the angel on my right, Sometimes it's the devil on my left. Somedays I am higher than the stars, Somedays as low as the dirt below my feet. But I always rise, always take my lumps, I always know I have a little left in my tank. If you ever see me on my knees, I am giving it to Him who deserves my Thanks.
