a bark from a distance my legs ,heavy, they push led by gravity toward a friend this is it the final push before the sonorous hush if not a tale of anguish lying in wait they call it fairweather till its tails up and head bowed down Red, violet, green dance a foxtrot behind collapsing vision lightning meets metal the pain now alive throttles my voice a vicious cobra a florid aurora my mind descends what is real what is not the tremors stop so does breath
