Ten we began, the dawn was bright. One remains, beneath dim night sky. Each fell away, the winds would tell. Life whispered loud, then bid farewell. Every shadow bore their silent name. To breathe alone feels none the same. The count fades slow, like sinking sun. We started with ten, left with one.
