The Sleepwalker
Never wake a sleepwalker... You know how it'll end for her. Disoriented, she's on autopilot. It's late at night - everything's quiet. If she opened her eyes she'd have to admit; the house is empty: not one candle lit. Some ambivalent experience; The water's unsettled by something in the distance. No rhyme, no reason - She does what she's told but she can't see them. Cooking something in the kitchen; a knife in her hand - a brew to bewitch him. Gliding up the stairs only to tumble down - a sob escapes her lips but without a sound. Don't touch her, don't yell. Where she is is peaceful; don't bring her back to hell. If she's brought back - expect an attack. She never has control, not right now, not awake. The vase is already smashed - do you want her soul to break? So never wake the sleepwalker - it's dangerous and cruel. In her head she's not alone. Her thoughts are enough fuel. Up the stairs, again she goes; another slide, whee's... and woe. Bang- crash- snap- Eh, at least she stayed in her nap...
