The Silent Absence
**The Silent Absence**--Shant Sagar In shadows deep, whispers falter, A godless god, unseen, unheard, Lurks in the margins of existence, A void within the cosmic dance. No thunderous voice shake cosmos, No guiding hand shape clay of stars, Only echo of unanswered prayers, Echoes in the vast expanse. Yet in the stillness of the night, In the quiet between heartbeats, There lies a truth, stark and clear, Within absence, existence abounds. For what is a god without believers, But a reflection in the mirror of faith, Unanswered question, riddle unsolve In the labyrinth of human thought. So we search, and we seek, In the spaces between atoms, In the silence between words, For a glimpse of divine, undefined. And perhaps in the void's embrace, We find freedom, pure and vast, Absence of god is presence of truth, In the poetry of existence, we trust.
