The Seven Deadly Sins
In dark abyss, where shadows writhe and coil, Satan takes delight in souls' eternal toil. With greed and lust, the sin of appetite, He revels in our weakness, our perpetual fight. Pride, the seed from which all sins may bloom, Satan laughs, knowing our impending doom. Envy, a poison that consumes and destroys, He mocks us, as our happiness he toys. Wrath, the flame that burns with furious might, He whispers, stoking fires of endless plight. Sloth, the weight that drowns ambition and drive, He chuckles, as we remain stagnant, unable to thrive. Greed, the insatiable hunger for wealth and gain, He jeers, knowing it's a cycle we cannot restrain. Gluttony, the excess that leaves us hollow inside, He cackles, as we indulge and our spirit's abide. Oh, Satan, the embodiment of sin's desire, Your laughter echoes as we all desperately tire. There is no escape, no end to this wretched plight, In Hell's shadows, we burn, forever out of sight.
