The secret side
They said I'm perfect. They said it becuase I'm pretty, because i have clear skin, because i have perfect parents, because my parents have money, because of so many other reasons. Little did they know, i also go through what they go through, and maybe worse. They think I'm perfect because I'm not the person to open up and share ceratain things. Little did they know the hurt, the abuse and sttuggles i went through. If it were not my grandma hitting or threatening to hit me, it'd be me trying to off and at the same stop myself from doing so. Little did they know my parents aren't perfect, they also are the parents to compare you to other kids, for eg. academics. I was only little when these things happend. Little did they know the attempts i kept on resisting. I do not have a perfect life, but i have a good one. Why? Because somewhere along the line i met god, my home, my happiness, my peace, my everything, my reason for still being here. I was only a child, and needed my parents' assurance, but i got God's. My parents also put my sister over me a few times and it hurt, alot. My life isn't perfect but it's good thanks to God's grace, mercy, thousands if second chances, and his sacrifices. They said it was perfect
