The Rose
As I walk by a rose I see it's pedals dying from the sun, I just look at it in sadness and say your not the only one. As I listen to the birds the ones that do not sing, I guess they to have lost a loved one and the joy they used to bring. Looking at this weeping willow while I sit by a pond, I can help but think of you wandering if your feelings are gone. So if you see me on the street stop me to say hi, For if you do not then I to will surely fade from your memories and die. By: Benny Crabtrey Jr
