The Ritual
A crow amongst a bloody pile of bones and rose petals. Let's start the ritual. This body will awaken from upon the dead leaves on which it lies. For vengeance never dies. See it in the hollow empty eye sockets. This unfortunate soul cries. Taken far too soon. Time to pull the herbal satchet from my pocket. Lavender, sage, and yarrow with some blood from a sparrow in a goblet. A couple drops of blood upon the black flame candles set out to form a circle. Recite the lines from the dark divine spell book upon my moss covered tree stump table. "Arise now traumatized one. Though hast been murdered. This is thy chance to exact thy judgement so seek no further." The bones start to quiver and to shake. Taking form once again. Growing organs. Flesh. Then skin. Now hair. Lips. Teeth. And tongue. Now you speak, it is time my friend. Go and seek justice for what was done.
