The Retelling Of The Downfall
Undesirable times when you fell with sorrow, Didn't you regret the times when you loved to burrow, Now, check before you look whether for your sorrow someone will borrow ? Indeed, don't you regret living under your own shadow ? When the sloth crept over your soul that kicked you out from your grace, A fall so hard that broke you from within though you did brace, Now, you look away from the lake from seeing your face, But, you cannot stop running for everywhere is a lake as you cannot hide in your lying vase, Though your actions had consequences which you could foretell, Wasn't that fall stained with guilt which you can't either share or tell ? Now, as you're yearning to listen to the music of the church bell, Before you lies the ashes of your kingdom that came with you when you fell.
