The Real Protection
The Real Protection In the fragile dance of life, we seek to shield ourselves from harm, Yet, like leaves blown by winds, we're vulnerable, fragile, and alarmingly small. We fortify our homes, but earthquakes shatter our walls, And in our flight from problems, we tire, our strength falters, and we fall. We grasp for guns, and fire our shots, But bullets run dry, and our defense is naught. Even in slumber, we're not safe, for death's surprise, Can come uninvited, in the still of night's disguise. In the face of mortality, our feeble attempts fail, For only the Creator's shield can truly prevail. He fought battles for us, when we were unaware, And in His protection, our souls find solace, beyond compare. Like a mother shielding her child, He watches over us with care, His love and mercy, a fortress that's beyond despair. So let us trust in Him, and find our peace, For in His protection, our hearts can release.
