Sometimes the pills Are quietly giving me the chills Signaling nothing to my brain When I'm sitting in the rain Most Times the pills scream Hoping to redeem My soul It’s their goal Until now I never gave in If I drown myself in gin And take the pills I'll be over the hills So that's what I did It was covered with a lid My death was sudden No one saw it coming
