The Parting Words
Dare not call me your King, When you let out my crown, My queen I knew you were not, The moment I knew you did it, You did sell my royalty, my pride, When you let many sip in. How do I face my haters, What a cloud of shame... Where'd you get the courage, When did you strike this hard? It's your beauty that lured me... I pampered you, Took pride in you, You said my money was sweet, Then left to spend the grandpa's I guess his is sweeter than honey, Or is it the CEO's one's, shame! Ain't you feeling ashamed for you. I don't blame you, I ignored the flags, As scarlet they were, Yet a blind eye I wore, Your dreaded dark past. I with true love embraced I intended to mend again Your contaminated self... Was I even reasoning 😭?
