The Odds of Mind and Heart

Vibrations through my veins, Travel through my blood, To keep the heart ongoing, Or to keep feelings untold? The mind connects every hard puzzle, But why not the feelings alive in my soul? It's delicate yet resilient, It's tender yet stands strong. Can't my mind still keep pace with my heart? Is it so hard to connect or feel? Still, I keep positive vibes sparking inside me, But somehow, with time, they lose their power to shine. Yet, I find solace in my mind, 'Cause at last, that's the one thing that will last. Or maybe, will it also fade away with time?
