The night light
As I sit here by the water. I am trying to figure out things. My mind is covered with frogs. At that moment, everything went blank. I am trying to get my thoughts straight. But I can't see what is in front of me. There are no thoughts that come over my mind. It stopped me from moving forward. It is like walking into the unknown. I hope every side of this frog. That is a sign of hope. But the path is not clear. To me, it is like writer's block. I looked at the water. It reminds me of all those days I felt like I was underwater. To this day, I try hard to keep my head above the water. But fear always keeps me from breathing. It is like holding my breath under the water. Try to breathe. But I am writing in my mind because I can't see. I am looking for the light. That will be a sign of hope that I can swim. Try to see the night light shined on me. To guide me to the other side. I will learn how to swim. As long as I can swim. That light shined on me. So I can see the old me fade always. Then I remember the light in me is my lifted vase, as long as that night light shines on me, like a star shining in the dark. The night will be when I will close my eyes. I will be praying for guidelines that I will keep pushing f
