The MISSING ECHOES (continued)
There's a piece missing There's a part preventing the wholeness of my joy, A void in between all my favourites I love, An emptiness making me miss what I could never miss at any cost. A detachment from the real "What I want", Worst than my crazy nightmares that haunt, When I sit & deeply ponder, I came to know, With the contemplations helping my interpretations to glow, Missing are those hobbies I suddenly caged Under the duress of academics as I aged. The hobbies that owned a part of my every single day, The hobbies I, without realising, distanced away. 'Cause these hobbies are what eradicate the boredom of my days, These hobbies are what unknowingly beautify my ways. They bring a shine to the regularities of my life, A glee in the borings is what these hobbies revive.
