The Lover Vs The Fighter
One who loves and one who fights for love, The one who loves, loves genuinely from above. Love comes to a lover without stress, The lover gets the well-deserved love, I confess. But the fighter fights to be loved, To be cherished, to be sent from above. The fighter wants to be loved like the lover, But it's the nature of a fighter to fight for love. Can the fighter ever be a lover? Would the lover ever have to fight? These questions keep going on and on in my head, Now, which one am I? Am I the fighter, do I strive to be loved? Do I long to be loved, or do I fight for love? Or am I the lover, would I ever be loved genuinely? Would true love find me with ease? The lover or the fighter, which?
