The long way down

I will never take the shortcut I will never take the easy way I will never take a simple life into hand I will always choose to complicate my life I will always choose to jump down head first and hope for padding I will always live with a life that no sane person would want because I do not want an easy life id like to lay to rest for eternity knowing that I was not boring in my life, that I did everything with no regrets and that it'll always bite my ass in the end the scars that cover my skin are memories from my life, the bruises I wear ink my skin over and over. I take the long way down always and forever til I lay dead as death herself in the ground
