The Light of Love

Born in a manger, meek and mild, A Savior sent for every child. He walked the earth with grace so bright, Bringing hope and healing light. With hands so kind, He calmed the sea, And taught the world to live set free. "Forgive," He said, "and love each one," The will of God, the Holy Son. Upon the cross, He bore our pain, That death itself would not remain. Then from the tomb, He rose in might— The dawn of everlasting light! Rejoice! Rejoice! Lift voices high, For Christ is risen—He’s alive! The King of Love, the Prince of Peace, His mercy never, never cease.
