The Let Go

She kissed me and said don't cry. But this is goodbye. We both tried. But the feeling just died. I just wanted to hold her closer. But she had nothing to offer me but moving on and closure. She said sometimes love just doesn't work. And holding on will hurt. The both of us so she was just letting me know. That she was letting me go.
