The knot of Shif and I
If there is no red thread binding us together; I'll grab a string and bind it myself, loop it twice around our wrists, tie with a knot and a kiss for our good measures. Fate has no business telling me who to Love. I have been yours since we met. But if the string frays in your hand, nomatter how much I tie and it slips away anyway, I will loop it twice thrice and hundred times - Kiss the bruises skin it leaves behind. Fate may have no business telling me who to love but it still hold the power to deny me the one I choose and yet I will still love you tragically and hopelessly. I have been yours from the very first day and maybe it's the saddest knot of all yet after every rain comes the rainbow.
