The incomplete goodbye
It is again raining, It was raining that day too. Things are changing, The days are running like the rabbits in a zoo. You came in the dream yesterday, That smile of yours softened my heart. I wish you had never left us that way, The thought of that incident always breaks me apart. The scars you left behind, They have faded over time. A conscious smile has taken a place. But laughing in your absence still feels like a crime. A question wanders in mind, Do you also remember us? But I can't question you, Because I'll never get my answers. I hope you are fine. I wish you are happy in the afterlife. A selfish desire has made a place in my heart, Maybe in another world you are the younger one, Surviving the living that strikes like a knife. But I think it may not happen. I am a loser. But you were... the perfect one. I make problems, But you were the chaos calm. God played a game, He loved you more. I wanna see you again, Although you live in the core. I can't ask you to come, I know the reality. But still I am waiting like a dumb, Challanging the cruelty. I miss you. I look for you hopelessly each day up in the sky. Just show me your face once, Give me a proper goodbye.
