The ideal speech Know your stance, Your place of where you belong. Speak big, Speak fast, so no one will doubt you. Be assertive, Be professional, but have a glint of friendliness. Let them feel wanted, needed, that's what we all like. Make them feel apart of something bigger but really they're just a small cog. Dont worry, we're all narcissistic in our own ways.
