The hunger
In shadows deep, where whispers creep, A fleeting calm, a promise to keep. Each scar a secret, each cut a song, In the dance with pain, I feel I belong. The blade’s cold kiss, a bittersweet thrill, A moment of silence, a haunting chill. Yet with each stroke, the darkness uh grows, An echoing hunger, a thirst that knows. But as the night fades, the light reveals, The monster within, its hunger never heals. With every release, I’m drawn ever near, To the void that beckons, drowning in fear.
