The Healing Melody
When the weight of the world feels too much to bear, And sorrow's embrace seems too deep to repair, There's a refuge I find in the notes of a song, A melody's magic that helps me stay strong. The rhythm and beats wrap around my heart, Easing the pain and mending each part. In the chorus of hope and verses of light, Music becomes my guide through the night. The strum of a guitar, the swell of a tune, Dissolve all my worries beneath the soft moon. Each lyric a whisper, a comforting touch, Reminding me gently that I matter so much. With every refrain, my spirits lift high, The tears that I shed begin to run dry. In the harmony's warmth, I'm never alone, For music's embrace feels just like home. So when shadows creep in, and darkness takes hold, I turn to the melodies, both new and old. For music, my healer, with grace and with art, Brings solace and peace to my aching heart.
