The hardest moments

The hardest moments come when I realize Part of me is gone  Then  I find another one Maybe it’s just cause I fell far But everything is out of place  pieces of me are poking my skin Taken apart  Then put back together But not quite perfect It’s moments like these When I am so weak That I learn to toughen To feel and numb  Together Sometimes I feel alone When I am surrounded with love And all I needed was to open my heart The hardest moments come when I have fallen down And can’t get up without help But I do And my heart blossoms like a flower Nothing can put me down and keep me down Hands reach out to grab me before I hit the floor Pull me back up and nurse me to health
