The Great Tribulation.
In the eschaton's shadow, a calamity looms near, The Great Tribulation, a period of unrelenting fear, Foretold in scripture, a time of woe and despair, When the very fabric of existence will be torn apart, beyond repair. The apocalypse unfurls, like a dark, ominous scroll, Revealing horrors, that will make the bravest soul stumble and lose control, The four horsemen ride, with pestilence, war, famine, and death, Leaving destruction's trail, in their wake, a desolate, barren breath. The skies grow dark, with ash and smoke's noxious fumes, As earthquakes shatter, the earth's crust, with cataclysmic booms, The seas convulse, with tidal waves' fury and might, Engulfing cities, in their wrath, without a glimmer of light. The Antichrist reigns, with malevolent, tyrannical sway, Persecuting the faithful, night and day, without reprieve or stay, The mark of the beast, a symbol of allegiance and shame, For those who succumb, to his power, and forsake their eternal claim. Oh, the anguish, the terror, the unrelenting pain, As the world succumbs, to the tribulation's crushing reign, But even in darkness, a glimmer of hope doth shine, For those who endure, till the end, will be redeemed, in divine design.
