The Girl On the Beach
I saw a small eight year old girl with tears for eyes standing on the beach. When I asked her what was wrong she said "This isn't the end." So I said "Yes it is. It is always the end, whether it'll tend to our needs is unknown." I took the girl's hand and saw a small name written by her smitten hand. The small name was mine. Before I could speak, the young girl asked me: "Why?" One word, But a symphony. "Just try" I said "No matter how poorly life fills your cup" !! Hi, I know this isn't something I usually do after a poem, but it felt important after this one. I want you to try to do something you have always wanted to do. Or, if there's nothing, do something your younger self wanted to do. You're gonna make it, but not without risks. And you'll fall, but bad times are like an inverse trampoline; the lower you jump from, the higher you'll come back up eventually. You're loved. You're valid. You can make it through this. And remember, you can always message me on Discord at ringleaderwillow. I'll try to get back as soon as possible. Alright, that's it for now. Love ya! !!
