The Form That Never Ends
I filled the form again same name, same date, same tired handwriting the man behind the desk didn’t look at me. He just pointed left then right then back to the same place I started. I asked if it was correct now he blinked like I was a stain on paper “Wrong department,” he said. I didn’t move, because I realized I’ve been in the wrong department my whole life.
