The First Time I Saw You.

The first time I saw you, your innocent face captivated my eyes. Your eyes were the first thing I smiled at. I felt my heart beating for seeing them, and I felt it smile at them. I asked myself, "Who's that handsome guy?" And when you passed by me and said "Hi", my heart skipped a beat. I was so excited that I told a few of my friends that I liked you, even though I wasn't deeply in love with you yet. There was a numbness in me that kept me awake and an ache that no medicine could eradicate. But I was in a place where the emotions inside me were overflowing, and with each blink, I felt more and more consumed by them. After a year and a few months, God finally brought us together, and I realized that we were meant to be. Your heart was made for mine, and I believe that God's timing is perfect.
