The first one
Sneak a glance into the window of my soul. Tell me what you see? Do you see the ashes of the dreams that once possessed me? That now lay like ancient Egyptian cities. Perhaps you see the shadow of the joy that once engulfed me. The joy that now refuses to be seen. The joy that came hand in hand with my youth. But both are now nothing but treasured memories. I will tell you what I see, young one. I see in you a blazing flame, an eternally lit flame, an insmotherable flame if you chose. This world will at some point be unkind to you. So hold onto that flame with all your might. So that it may burn your flesh and consume your bones. So that you may live. - Didi.koena
