The Final Goodbye
Tears form under our eyes As we say our final goodbyes We remember and weep Wounds were cut deep but I haven't finished my final goodbye I pretend she didn't die I hid all of it away, put up walls and masks I filled my life with tasks Cause if I stopped. I don't know if I could cope But I couldn't keep livin' this way, so with a bit of hope and a tear in my eye I said my final Goodbye. Feb 18, 2019
