the fearless child
"Sandra!" I called out to my child, my world the one that gives me joy is about taking my breath. "mama!" Sandra cried out to me in response while she still headed to get the crawling baby on the express way, her friend. I can't say more, there's a fast coming train that have lost control. like a lightening, Sandra caught up with the crawling baby who once looked cheerful as she crawled to the road now looks frightened. she threw her into the hands of a lady standing by, then she lay flat and still , my world ended and I couldn't move I was transfixed at the moment. then I remembered her encouraging words to me. "mama, be good I will be fine" like a river , it's flowed tears like never before flowed,I sobed then ,I saw no more. few days later as I was told, I woke up with a start the memory of how the a train covered "my world" " my little Sandra" I cried my heart out but no one showed me sympathy all looking at me enviously. "could it be that I was wrong? " "that my Sandra was okay" in no time I stood up " where is my child?" I requested in a haste. "mama" I heard that voice again or is that me hallucinating? the I listened again "mama , it's me!" I was excited "my Sandra!" in a tight hug ,I hug "my"
