The Fall
I thought that day was the fall no idea the depths we'd learn out of which I would never crawl a moment into a path of no return then we found the fall was from long ago vast counts of hidden memory each a whole new blow sending us a whole new trajectory a new life we never planned turning to eachother to lean learning together we still stand finding a new way to breath empowering us to fight healng right a split torn suture seeing new light viewing a better future breath & ground seeking a calmer exterior to control within not around healing not linear seeing beyond my greatest fears feeling broken & worn breaking down to total tears life throwing even more to mourn in your shoulders you take me come to you when I'm ready unending love we agree realizing you aren't so steady no matter how great you care once thinking we could share it all there's only so much one can bare lonely & realizing the greatest fall
