The Exam Battle
Pencils ready, papers wide, Butterflies I cannot hide. Clock is ticking, hearts do race, Sweat is dripping down my face. Read the question once or twice, Suddenly, my brain feels ice. What I knew just flew away, Why didn’t I revise yesterday? Teacher walks and gives a stare, I pretend like I don’t care. Guessing here and writing there, Hoping grades will treat me fair. When it’s done, I sigh so deep, Finally, I’ll get some sleep! But till the result makes its way, Nightmares haunt me every day! 😅📚
