The End of the Movie
I look at our photos, and my heart aches. Laughing like there's no tomorrow; We'd face the day. With your hand in mine, I felt like I could do anything. Now, you don't exist. And it hurts. It feels like the end of a movie. One, that I've seen many times before. Oh, I live in those memories. Smiling back on how things used to be. Now, I have to live without you. I used to think this could be forever. Now, I just have to settle with the memories of you. And these tears are pouring like the rain. They don't seem to stop. However, I'm still smiling through the pain. And if there was anything I could say. I'd say, oh, how I miss you, and I hope you are doing okay. Should have tried harder;keep you from running away. Perhaps, if I said I was sorry. But I think it's too late. I think it's too late.
