The End Is Near

Christians, awaken, the hour draws near, Signs of the times are loud and clear. “Nation will rise against nation,” they say, (Matthew 24:7) – we see it each day. Hearts grow cold; love fades away, (2 Timothy 3:1-5) warns of this day. Perilous times where greed will reign, Men seek pleasure and forsake pain. “False prophets will rise,” spreading deceit, (Matthew 24:11) – truth faces defeat. But Jesus has said, “Watch and pray,” (Luke 21:36) to not drift away. “The sun will darken, the moon turn red,” (Joel 2:31) – these things lie ahead. Like a thief in the night, He’ll appear, (1 Thessalonians 5:2) – so stay near. Let faith arise, let hope remain, Endure each trial, grow through pain. For He promised a crown to all who fight, (2 Timothy 4:8) – and walk in His light. The trumpet will sound, the dead will rise, (1 Corinthians 15:52) – we'll meet in the skies. Hold fast, believers, the time is at hand, His Kingdom draws near, just as He planned.
