The Elusive Search
Glancing at everything, I keep looking for something, Not knowing what it is that I truly want. It may feel daunting, but sometimes leads to discovery, Walking short stretches of miles, crossing over tiles. I’ve realized everything has its own way and style. Bribing every shop won’t earn you a discount, But loyalty to one brings countless offers around. The blue sky whispers for me to raise the bar, Even if I have more than one car. The demand of desire is more complicated than company, Tormenting over success isn't the wisest rise. All it boils down to are the "Hi's" and "Goodbyes." The dream of success is never truly fulfilled, For ambitions change with each new hill. But the joy that lingers is found beside the beach, Where the cool breeze reminds me, some dreams need no reach.
