The Dream
I once dreamt of the beauty of life And wanted to feel ease inside of me To have the courage to fight for what's right Isn't it bad to fight, you may ask But I must fight for my unjust life So that people like me can see the light And find hope and encouragement to fight For their own injustices, am I right? People mock, say stubborn and mean words But they don't know the pain we feel inside A thousand thorns burning like fire A thousand tear drops flowing in my heart I know, I know, do not cry my son That's why I wrote this poem for everyone Not just for fun, but to inspire and unite In the fight against injustice and strife So let's stand together, strong and brave And face the challenges that we must face With hope in our hearts and fire in our souls We will overcome, we will reach our goals For we are warriors, fighters, and dreamers And together, we will see the beauty of life
