The darkness in my veins
What if one day I could escape this everlasting torment of darkness What if I could wake up and my life would be bright, filled with sparkles What if one day I could find joy, peace, happiness,and everlasting giggles What if one day someone would notice my desires are quite simple What if one day I could go on miraculous joyrides But all those I long for are just something I dream of It's like for a split second I'm in my own galaxy made up of rainbows, butterflies, flowers, and fairies And my life is complete I'm happy, peaceful, joyful everything is merry But then *click* I wake up,and I start feeling hot "The feeling is not so pleasant," some might say But I'd say it's like the happy little girl in me got ripped away from where she actually belonged Like removing someone's requirements for human life Raw, cruel, "unpleasant" The little girl in me gets shut down like a warehouse that no one actually cared for Just bought the necessary tools to keep it operating It's hard to find her wars are fought, battles are sought by the darkness The darkness that runs through my veins inside me Again, what if I could go on miraculous joy rides?
