The dance ofthe falling leaves
The dancing of the falling leaves ๐ In a garden, when you gaze, As partners with the air, they blaze. There stands a tree, a sentinel lone, Beneath its boughs, the sun has shone. Its leaves, once lush, now brittle and gold, Yet still in silence it faces the cold. The fiery leaves of crimson and rust, Drift as the tree bears its ancient dust. The sorrow lingers, never to cease, But in the whispers of faith, it finds peace. The leaves waltz down in tender sways, As autumn's breath brings its playful ways. They float and swirl, a delicate dance, Until they yield to earth, entranced. A gentle breeze flits through the land, Caressing the tree with a loving hand. In the amber dusk, they softly gleam, Caught in the sun's last golden beam. Like whispers of light, they're poised to fall, Awaiting the nightโs quiet call. With hope that new life will soon ignite, Yet now, they brace for the coming night.
