The Cost of Silence
In love, you begin doing things that aren't truly you and start to live in self hatred and guilt then be stuck and take the blame then try everything to make the lover feel better you start sacrificing yourself then start repeating all of this until one day the loop starts destroying everything and it feels ok for you since the destruction gave you – a place where your lover can't afford a respectful place where you fought for yourself. this is a horrible pattern because at the end– when you are meant to move on, you realize everything and feel like a horrible person then this starts again but where is your lover? this time you are left in "stuck" if all of this didn't start from suffering then where did it start from? the silent creator of this loop is "your suffering" It began the day you decided your fear of losing them was more important than losing yourself that kind where you started to put your lover before you while "you" is silently being ignored at a corner what's the cost you should pay for ignoring "you"? you can just give love now so don't blame yourself so much and don't try to apologise to your lover ghost in broad daylight. All this suffering is to learn – "speak for yourself".
