It all started with you I once felt happy, there was nothing i desired I love you a lot That could put my heart to a stop So many tears I've cried So many heartaches In quiet space where my memories go reside A lesson learned as I turn aside Letting go was what I learnt, a journey to unbind Embracing freedom left behind Everyday I look in the mirror Saying to myself Mirror mirror on the wall Why do I look at you at all For all I see is the same old me Not for how I want to be For the pain is hard to bare Your love was an illusion My love was so bright Now Shattered Like lost stars in the night Words once so sweet Now turned into lies My Heartache that time can't disguise I'm not satisfied with this sensation My Heart can not reach its destination I was left in ruins , feelings unspoken In the wake of my hearts betrayel I am left broken
