The cemetary
When darkness falls, the silence sways across the graveyard-full moon skies. The eerie of this peaceful place where each departed soul now lies. The howling of the summer winds rippling through the skylined trees. Bristling leaves just falling down, gently swaying in the breeze. The narrow walkway between graves, scattered leaves on sand and stone. Muddy paths on rainy nights, hardened soil where grass were grown. Inscription on each tombstone depicts the dates of birth and death. Bouquets of flowers freshly lain while the earth succumbs to sweat. When daylight dawns-the silence gone, as sunlight hazed into their eyes. The sadness of the people's loss, gently mourning their goodbyes. Ronald Albert Davids
