The Butterfly
I watched as the butterfly flew indiscriminately. Flower to flower and I marvelled at its fluidity. It flew in no discernable pattern just freely. I was saddened for that would never be me. I walk around with two feet clumsily. Barely able to keep myself from looking foolishly. Yet there it was flowing in the wind gracefully. As if it knew what I was thinking it came closely. I looked at the wings there was writing I could see. It said stop daydreaming take the trash out honey. Suddenly I was awake from my wife screams. I shot up and fell on my face on the concrete. So much for my beautiful dream. © Deoneloko
