The broken, fitted mirror.
shattered to pieces from being thrown from your hands as pleases, falling far from hope, the regrets of my choices instantly releases..As I hit the floor, broken!, I attain the truth I won't ever be the same no more. the bits of me are so smashed and Scattered far apart but in my hopelessness I tried to mend myself at all costs. placing together every little shambled and unmatched glass, even though i knew for long it wont last, attaching even the memories of my past... being unloved, unworthy and not enough and all the scars from untold stuffs..Perfectly mended them together with unfiltering shame. even when I knew that once broken, the reflection won't ever be the same. all I ever wanted was to be made whole waiting on a heart so hard and cold, I bet now the truth to be told, that all the Brokenness i never wanted to experience, still stood right there and unfold.. I pray one day you'll see the mess you have created, when all she does for you was being patient. I pray one day you'll see the harm you have done when the imperfectly, perfectly broken mirror being placed in the right place ..when she OVERCOMES.. written by k.clarke
