The Beast
I lie upon the lifeless shore, abandoned and alone, As the currents gently carry me, drifting on their own. The vast ocean engulfs me, swallowing me whole, And I float aimlessly, as time takes its toll. Like an anchor cast from a ship, I slowly descend, Deeper into the depths, where sorrows never end. In search of a crown, a symbol of what's lost, Your world left me hollow, driven to madness at any cost. No words can truly capture the depths of my despair, But it's all laid before you, if only you'd dare to care. Do you now comprehend the agony that resides within? The sadness and drought, as tears overflow like a spring. I reject your reality, for this world is my own, I am the untamed beast, on a path all alone. Written By After Death_XXX
