THE ART OF HIDING
In silent moments, I speak to myself, Writing down thoughts, emotions unfelt. Sensitive soul, always caring deep, But hidden away, my feelings I keep. Feeling alone, in a sea of kin and knowns, Unseen, unnoticed, i ask : where do I fit in? Longing for someone to understand, To ask if I'm okay, to lend a hand. Ignoring the pain got from them, hiding it well, But inside, it hurts, more than I tell. In the end, all I yearn to find, Is someone to care, like I've been doing.
